Checking outpatients after clinical appointments by rescheduling for follow-ups and annuals.
Providing encounter summary reports to each patient.
Multiphone line answering, scheduling new appointments, assisting in prior authorizations for hospital visit requests.
Charge verification and batch submission to billing team.
Current experience in clinical back desk checks out for 2 years preferred.
Familiarity with medical billing and collections laws is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently.
Experience with e-clinical billing systems.
Prefer bilingual only.
