The responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
Attend daily meetings in order to identify, develop and utilize comprehensive strategies to enhance the customer experience Highlight new services, promotions, and packages to customers in a professional manner Input client information into our system accurately, such as billing, address, full name, packages, and any other confidential information Report back to management on industry trends and relevant competitor insights to increase margins Drive client loyalty by developing genuine relationships, being empathetic in conversation, and assisting with any arising concerns The requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or GED General knowledge or experience in customer service or client services Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations and easily adapt to changing organizational needs Highly motivated for personal growth and advancement Demonstrate excellent team communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships across all areas of the company What's in it for our Customer Service Representative?
