DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answer phone calls.
File paperwork.
Field sales calls and gather all needed information for the sales team to send a proposal.
Call clients.
Call drivers.
Greet visitors.
Make copies.
Collect and distribute mail.
Assist and support colleagues as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and assignments.

PERSONAL QUALITIES Must have a pleasant personality and ability to get along with others, excellent phone skills, the ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities in situations often requiring diplomacy, friendliness, confidentiality, poise, tact, and good judgment.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend and kneel; Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
COMPENSATION $580.
00 per week or $30,160.

(90) day probationary period in effect from date of hire.
One-week paid vacation upon completion of (6) months of continuous service.
Two-week paid vacation upon completion of (24) months of consecutive service.
One personal/sick day earned per completion of one consecutive quarter:
(4) per year.
Aflac is available to join, at your expense, after completing the probationary period.
Health insurance is available to join, at your expense, after completing the probationary period.
401K is also available to join after probationary period.
