The Cardiac Rehab Supervisor is responsible in assisting the Director in the operational performance of the Cardiac Rehab program, both in-patient and out-patient. This position is accountable for the delivery of high quality, cost effective care to the patients. Direct and on-going communication with the program s Medical Director will be required to ensure overall program growth and adherence. This position is also responsible in assisting with analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs which enhance, strengthen, and integrate the services comprising the Cardiac Rehab Program, according to the established policies of the department and West Jefferson Medical Center.
Job Specifications - Knowledge and Skills
Required:
1.Knowledge of communications systems

3.Three or more years directly related experience in the cardiac rehab setting
Preferred:
1.Ability to greet visitors and other personnel in a friendly and courteous manner
2.Knowledge and ability to set-up and maintain presentation devices

Bachelor s Degree: Nursing or Exercise Physiologist Master s Degree:
Certification(s): BLS
Licensure(s): Licensed RN or Exercise physiologist
