Certified Athletic Trainer

The Certified Athletic Trainer is responsible for the care of injured athletes, from adolescents to geriatrics, at community sporting events and on the practice/ playing field. The Certified Athletic Trainer assesses, instructs and treats athletes with movement dysfunction and physical disability caused by pain or injury. The Certified Athletic Trainer administers immediate first aid care and develops a treatment program based on the nature of the injury, including follow-up with physician as appropriate. The trainer communicates with the injured athlete, physician, coach, and family as appropriate.
1 year experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer
Bachelors degree from an accredited program. Master's degree preferred
An advanced knowledge of performance training standard
Knowledge of scope of practice based on state practice act
BLS, Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC), Certification Non-Violent Crises Intervention

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
